Finally we get to see Kristen Stewart’s mullet in action! The first Runaways teaser trailer is out, but it doesn’t give too much about the film away, other than it being a film about 70’s girl power, rock n’ roll and Dakota Fanning looking insanely sexy in a feathered wig. (Yes, we feel uncomfortable typing that.)

Perhaps the most interesting part of the clip is not what we see, but we we hear: Kristen Stewart belting out “Cherry Bomb,” the badass chick anthem which we’re eager to see make a comeback on the charts a la “Bohemian Rhapsody” via the Wayne’s World soundtrack back in the 90s.

“American Idol” star Adam Lambert is a self-professed Twilight fan, and now the singer wants his piece of the Twi pie. In an interview with MTV, the scandalous singer revealed that he’d love for one of his songs to be featured on the upcoming Eclipse soundtrack. Wouldn’t we all? (Eh, Glambert’s chances are probably a little better than ours.)  Check it out above.

Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner’s date night at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse appeared to end on a good note, as the two exited the Beverly Hills joint together looking cozy and comfortable with doggie bag in hand. The co-stars (in the upcoming film Valentine’s Day) appear to be moving full steam ahead with their blossoming relationship, looking more and more couple-y each day. In a world filled with Lindsay Lohan’s dirty finger nails and reality stars like Heidi Montag dressing like strippers, it’s refreshing to see Taylor and Taylor act like a couple of regular kids. Taylor Swift just couldn’t stop gushing about rumored boyfriend Taylor Lautner in a recent interview, and her giddiness makes us blush. She told CMT’s Cody Alan (in a chat that airs tomorrow), “I don’t know, he’s an amazing guy and we’re really close … and ah … yep. We’re in a movie together and I am really excited about seeing it.”

Taylor, who identified herself as a member of “team Jake,” couldn’t be cuter, and Lautner is probably the only guy we’d approve of to escort the stunning blond around town (Sorry, fugly Joe Jonas). While we wait for them to actually confirm their togetherness, we’ll sit tight and stare at these pics of the pair together this past weekend. We’re only six weeks out from the premiere of the next installment in the Twilight film series, and New Moon fever is officially underway. Today we celebrate Cullen mania with the world premiere of Death Cab for Cutie’s new video for their song “Meet Me on the Equinox,” the first single to be released off the New Moon soundtrack. Cue squeals and excited shrieks - now!

Death Cab bassist Nick Harmer said of the new track, “This song marks the first attempt that Death Cab for Cutie has ever made at contributing new, unreleased material for a film.  It just seems a perfect synergy that a band from the Northwest would create a song for a series of novels set in the Northwest.  We are not only proud to be a part of the Twilight legacy but also honored to join so many other fantastic artists that have leant their amazing creativity to this soundtrack.”

Kelly Clarkson is a known Twilight fan (the singer wrote on her personal blog about reading - and loving - the books last winter), but the VH1 Diva took her love to a new level while performing at a recent concert. A fan apparently gave the singer a life-size, cardboard cut-out of the series’ resident vamp-hunk, Edward Cullen (played by Robert Pattinson, natch). Kelly serenaded the Cullen cut-out with the song, “I Want You,” and gushed to the crowd, “he’s so cute!”

We have a feeling every lady in the crowd agreed with the songbird, who has called Pattinson an “an attractive guy” in the past. Attendees at last night’s Teen Choice Awards were dressed well beyond their years - take, for instance, the dapper stylings of Twilight’s Taylor Lautner and the Jonas Brothers. They all look like the stepped out of the pages of GQ and even though they’re too young for us (coo coo ca choo, Mrs. Robinson), we’re going to admit we think they look hot.
